Two formats, one kind of work: honest, grounded, feminist-informed men's group coaching. Groups stay small on purpose, with long-term committed members, so trust and community can actually build.
Check-ins, real talk, structured reflection, and space to be challenged by other men who aren't there to perform for each other. No forced sharing. No hierarchy of "who's done more work." Confidentiality is the one hard rule.
A settled, in-person men's group community for men who want to show up in the room together, term after term.
Ask about available spacesA weekly online men's group for freelancers, business owners and professionals with control over their own diary. Term-time only, with breaks built in.
Join the next cohortThe online group runs across three terms a year — Autumn, Spring and Summer — with breaks at Christmas, Easter and half-terms, plus a longer pause over the summer holidays. Membership is billed flat at £160/month year-round rather than per session, so it's predictable either way — no surprise gaps in your calendar, no surprise changes to your bill.
Over a full year, that works out to roughly £48 per session — well under half the 1:1 rate — while you get weekly momentum and a small, consistent group of peers. If you know you'll want a break over the 6-week summer stretch specifically, just let me know and we can pause your membership for that period.
These men's groups sit deliberately between two poles: no dominance-culture "alpha" framing, and no mythopoetic drum-circle intensity. Just men doing honest work together on relationships, fatherhood, purpose and work — feminist-informed, grounded, practical.
