Who we are

Men's Work UK is run by Theo Youngstein, trading as a sole trader, based in London, UK. This policy explains what personal data we collect through menswork.uk, why, and what your rights are. Our full business address is available on request — please get in touch via the contact page.

What we collect

When you use the contact/enquiry form: your name, email address, the option you selected, and any message you write. This is submitted via Netlify Forms and an email notification is sent to us — we don't use this data for anything beyond replying to your enquiry.

When you book a group place or a coaching session: booking details (name, email, chosen time) are handled by our scheduling provider, TidyCal. Payment is processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe — we do not see or store your card details at any point.

What we don't collect: this site does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels. We don't build a profile of your browsing activity.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange group or coaching sessions, and process payment for services you've actively chosen to book. We don't use your data for marketing emails unless you separately opt in to something like a newsletter, and we never sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who else handles your data

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run this site and our bookings:

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service you've requested, or as required for basic accounting and tax records (typically up to 6 years for financial records, in line with HMRC requirements). You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see "Your rights" below.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, get in touch via the contact page.
